We have used Monica on four projects on four different houses over the years. Two were small projects and two were large renovations. She did a great job on all of them. She listens to you and your desires and preferences then offers suggestions and ideas. We are very happy with her work. Also she is very cost conscious and is familiar with products and the places to buy stuff. We highly recommend Monica!

Monica and her team were an absolute dream to work with. Our complete kitchen remodel, new bathroom, and partial remodel of our dining room came in under budget and on time. This includes all new floors, paint, a new exterior door, new plumbing, moving gas lines, granite, and all new cabinets. She said 6 weeks, and the project was done in 6 weeks and 3 days. She remotely monitors daily progress with her team, who were all very professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned the work space perfectly everyday, communicated often but were not bothersome or demanding during the work day, and always made sure we were please with the final project. I appreciated Monica who is incredibly knowledgeable on materials, design, build, and potential options. She was always great at giving us clear choices and showing us the pros and cons of those choices, and potential hidden costs. We could not be happier with the finished project and would recommend her to anyone who wants a design they love to love in.
